VP Approved Equipment
Personally, I would invest in equipment for pull-ups, rows and dips. That could be a single unit like the Premium Freestanding Pull-Up + Dip Station, or combining a Door Pull-Up Bar (Extending), Premium Freestanding Dip Bars and Wooden Gymnastic Rings.
If that's not possible, a pull-up bar is the minimum I'd recommend. Dips and rows we can work around.
If you travel regularly, the Resistance Band Set is worth having for reliable pulling sessions on the road.
Wooden Parallettes become useful as you get stronger, but aren't necessary - especially in the early phases.
